Second generation family business owner who grew up learning all aspects of Ad-A-Day operations. Over 40 years' experience as a Command Pilot in the United States Air Force and Aviation Safety Inspector/ All-Weather Operations Manager in the Federal Aviation Administration. Merrill makes sure details are not overlooked. He’s introduced a plethora of innovative products since 1997 when he became President. Merrill is completely focused on Ad-A-Day’s CIP (Continuous Improvement Program).
